Shipping, returns, and how to reach a human

Delivery, step by step

1. We pack within 1 business day. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2 pm Pacific usually leave the same day from our US warehouse.
2. You get tracking by email. The tracking link goes out as soon as the carrier scans the label, normally the same evening.
3. Delivery takes 3 to 8 days in the US. West Coast orders tend to land in 3 to 4 days; East Coast and rural addresses run closer to 6 to 8. Shipping is free on 3-bottle and 6-bottle packages; the single bottle ships for $9.95.

If the package is late

Carriers stall sometimes. If your tracking has not updated in 5 business days, email us with your order number. We open a trace with the carrier, and if the package is declared lost we reship it or refund you, your choice. You never have to fight the carrier yourself.

Returns and the 60-day guarantee

1. Email [email protected] with your order number within 60 days of purchase. You will get a return authorization number and the return address in 1 business day.
2. Mail back every bottle from the order, opened and empty ones included, with the authorization number written on the outside of the package.
3. Refund lands in 3 to 5 business days after your return arrives, back to the original payment method. Return postage is the only cost you carry.

A note on phishing: we will never email you asking for card numbers, bank details, or account passwords. If a message claiming to be Nerve Revive 360 asks for payment information, delete it and let us know.
